Build a flexible visit around Sen Monorom and waterfall excursions. Confirm road conditions, guide availability and accessibility before booking. Ask wildlife operators about animal welfare and community participation.
The official tourism master plan covers 2021–2035. It prioritizes nature tourism, infrastructure, community participation and cultural protection. A policy plan is not evidence that a particular project has been built or approved.

CM2H’s own website promotes a ten-year stay program and describes a possible passport application after five years. These are provider statements, not a personal eligibility decision or a guarantee of citizenship.
UNCTAD documented the program in 2022, including a $100,000 investment requirement. Treat that amount as historical context, not a current quote or the full cost.
Before any payment, request:
- Dated eligibility requirements and written confirmation of the issuing authority.
- An itemized fee schedule, investment terms, refund policy and renewal conditions.
- Independent review of the contract and any property rights; separate these from immigration claims.
